I always had a special place in my heart for a certain kind of fairy tale. Not so much the romantic, happy ever after type, but the ones filled with strangeness, unpredictable characters and impossible situations. The uncanny and unexplainable qualities of a story like The Shee an Gannon and the Gruagach Gaire<\/a>, or the more well known Tale of Cerridwen and Taliesin<\/a>, always caught my attention and set my imagination free. \u00a0<\/p>

So it is with great pleasure that I’m taking part in this storytelling project developed by Daniel over at Mossy Bottom<\/a>. The stories he tells are full of that magic only the Fair folk and the wild landscapes of Ireland can provide. At the beautiful landscape of Strandhill a middle aged man, battered by his bad habits, is surprised by a strange ominous figure, and then haunted, day after day, by visions of a hare and a leprechaun playing around the dunes.<\/p>

Discredited by his peers, who think his tales nothing but the ramblings of a life long drunk, he becomes determined to prove them wrong and sets out in pursue of the creatures. The encounter that follows will change his heart, and show him that sometimes life will be what we make of it.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
